The Hydrotherapy Pool The hydrotherapy pool is a warm spa bath used to help relieve pain, improve mobility or relax. The water is kept at a relaxing 34°C and being only 1 metre deep at any point, is safe for non-swimmers. There is a bench seat along one side where, once seated, bubble jets can be switched on as desired to massage your back. The pool area and changing rooms are fully accessible to disabled people (overhead & chair poolside hoists available). Ladies only, mixed and group sessions are available. A reduced rate is available for carers. If assistance is required in the pool or with changing then a carer or assistant should attend with the pool user. The carer will be admitted into the pool for a reduced rate of £2.50.
