Mission & Aims Our prime activity is managing a purpose built ‘one stop shop’ Healthy Living Centre in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. The Pioneering Care Partnership The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee established in 1998. The majority of the trustees and directors are local disabled people and our patron is The Right Hon. Lord Foster of Bishop Auckland. Our Mission is: To improve the health and quality of life of local people disadvantaged through caring responsibilities, disability, age or ill health and reduce inequalities in health.
